While it is legal to distill alcohol in some parts of the world, it is not legal to distill or own a still for the purpose of distilling alcohol in Canada without the proper permits as per part II item 158(1)e – Offences and Punishment: Exercising any business of distilling without license of the Canadian Excise Act.

“Every person who, without having a licence under this Act then in force, has in his possession, in any place, any such still, worm, rectifying or other apparatus, or any part or parts thereof, or any beer, wash or wort suitable for the manufacture of spirits”.

A statement by the manufacturer or seller that a product is free of defects and will perform the functions for which it is sold.

This limited warranty of merchantability (the “Warranty”) applies to all goods purchased from Still On Tap. The Warranty includes all goods purchased from Still On Tap for Thirteen (13) months from the original date of delivery (“Warranty Period”) from the Manufacturer DAEYOO TECH. CO., LTD. WENZHOU (DYE) No. 4485,Binhai Industrial Park, Wenzhou, China 325025

The buyer has the right to claim the quality problems, damages and defects caused by any poor quality (and not caused by miss-operation) to affect the normal operation of the products within 13 months after installation in your factory;  If anything is broken during warranty, our company will cover all costs, and even after the warranty time, DYE will also provide after sales service;

Still On Tap will administer all claim request however adjudication of all warranty claims to the manufacturer (DYE) of the products.

Still On Tap will not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of the product in which it was not intended for.

Still On Tap will not be held responsible for any damage that has occurred during shipping. The carrier will assume all responsibility for the product.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

This limited liability warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Due to the nature of our equipment, some minor imperfections or differences from the stated specifications may occur. The imperfections and differences are not considered defects for the purposes of this warranty, as they do not cause any negative impact on the functionality of the equipment.

During the Warranty Period, the manufacturer (DYE) will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The manufacturer (DYE) may, at its discretion, use reputable third parties for repair, including but not limited to welders, plumbers, and other trade professionals. Still On Tap is not liable for loss of income during the time it takes to repair or replace equipment.

Any replacement or repaired product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original good.

All warranty claims require first contacting Still On Tap at [email protected] before taking remedial actions. All returns and repairs of defective equipment must be authorized by Still On Tap in advance.

Limitation of Liability:

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT STILL ON TAP EXPRESSLY ASSUMES LIABILITY HEREIN, STILL ON TAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. DAMAGES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFIT, AND LOSS OF GOOD WILL ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, MATERIALS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FROM STILL ON TAP, EVEN IF STILL ON TAP OR A STILL ON TAP AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND DESPITE ANY FAILURE BY STILL ON TAP TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT.

Still On Tap Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and only if the equipment or product is used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

STILL ON TAP WARRANTY IS VOID IF the equipment or product is used for anything other than its intended purpose. Still On Tap equipment and products are intended for use only within the distillation industry.

ANY PURCHASE OF COVERED GOODS FROM STILL ON TAP ACTS AS AN EXPRESS CONSENT TO THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER LISTED ABOVE.

  • Absence of a 1 bar pressure relief valve on Kettle and/or Jacket;
  • Use of unauthorized chemicals, solvents, or vapors;
  • Unauthorized disassembly, alterations, repairs, modifications, or attempted modifications;
  • Improper maintenance;
  • Use for other than intended purpose; or
  • Normal wear and tear.

ANY PURCHASE OF COVERED GOODS FROM STILL ON TAP ACTS AS AN EXPRESS CONSENT TO THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER LISTED ABOVE.
